Fuel Filler Hose Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the fuel tank filler hose/pipe.
2. Loosen the vent hose clamp (1).
3. Loosen the filler hose clamp (2).
4. Separate the vent hose and filler hose from the filler pipe.








INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the vent hose and filler hose to the filler pipe.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions Fastener Notice.

2. Tighten the vent hose clamp (1).

Tighten
Tighten the clamp to...................................2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

3. Tighten the filler hose clamp (2).

Tighten
Tighten the clamp to.....................................2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

4. Install the fuel tank filler hose/pipe.
