Crankshaft Balancer Removal

- Tools Required:
- J 44226 Crankshaft Balancer Remover
- J 41816-2 Crankshaft End Protector





1. Remove the crankshaft balancer bolt.





2. Install J 41816-2 into the end of the crankshaft.

Important: Do not pull on outer edge of the crankshaft balancer.

3. Use J 44226 to remove the crankshaft balancer.
4. Remove J 44226 and J 41816-2.
