Lock Striker Replacement - End Gate

1. Remove the rear sill plate trim panel.
2. Loosen the striker bolts.




3. Move the assembly, forward or backward, in order to obtain the proper close of the liftgate.
4. Ensure that the endgate seals completely with the minimum closing effort.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the striker assembly to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
