Hood Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the hood.
2. With an assistant, remove the hood to hinge bolts.




3. With an assistant, remove the hood from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure





1. With an assistant, install the hood to the vehicle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the hood to hinge bolts.

Tighten the hood to hinge bolt to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

3. Lower the hood.
