Insulator Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P)

Removal Procedure

1. Disable the SIR system. Refer toSIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 3 , SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 5 , and SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 7 in SIR.
2. Remove the instrument panel carrier. Refer to Instrument Panel (I/P) Carrier Replacement (Instrument Panel (IP) - Carrier Replacement) .




3. Remove the insulator clips from the insulator pad.
4. Remove the insulator pad from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure

1. Install the insulator pad to the vehicle.




2. Install the insulator clips to the insulator pad.
3. Install the instrument panel carrier. Refer to Instrument Panel (I/P) Carrier Replacement (Instrument Panel (IP) - Carrier Replacement) .
4. Enable the SIR. Refer toSIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 3 , SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 5 , and SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 7 in SIR.
