Pickup Box Bedliner Replacement

PICKUP BOX BEDLINER REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the retaining screws.




2. Standing at the rear of the pickup, lift in the center of the a pickup box bedliner and remove from under the bedrails.




3. Remove the bedliner from the bed.




4. Remove the retainers from the tailgate liner and 2 latch bolts.
5. Remover liner from tailgate.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the tailgate liner.
2. Install the retainers.
3. Install the latch bolts.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).




4. Place the bedliner in the truck box. Lift from 1 side and with an assistant, slip the pickup box bedliner wall under the bedrail.




5. Install the retaining screws until fully seated, but not stripped.
