Mirror Replacement
MIRROR REPLACEMENTREMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the front door upper trim.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the outside review mirror, if equipped with DE6.
3. Remove the bolts retaining the outside review mirror to the door.
4. Remove the outside rearview mirror from the door.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the outside rearview mirror to the door, ensuring the retaining tab is fully engaged.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
2. Install the bolts retaining the outside review mirror to the door.
Tighten
Tighten the outside rearview mirror to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
3. Connect the electrical connector (1) to the outside rearview mirror, if equipped with DE6.
4. Install the front door upper trim.
