Radiator Hose Replacement - Outlet

- J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

Removal Procedure





1. Drain the engine coolant.
2. Using J 38185 reposition the outlet radiator hose clamp (2) away from the radiator.
3. Remove the outlet radiator hose from the radiator.
4. Using J 38185 reposition the outlet radiator hose clamp (1) away from the engine.
5. Remove the outlet radiator hose from the engine.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the outlet radiator hose to the engine.
2. Using J 38185 reposition the outlet radiator hose clamp (1) to the engine.
3. Install the outlet radiator hose to the radiator.
4. Using J 38185 reposition the outlet radiator hose clamp (2) to the radiator.
5. Fill the cooling system.
