Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the drive belt.
2. Remove the bolts securing the drive belt idler pulley to the engine.
3. Remove drive belt idler pulley from the engine.

Installation Procedure





1. Position drive belt idler pulley to the engine.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the bolts securing the drive belt idler pulley to the engine.
^ Tighten the drive belt idler pulley bolts in sequence to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the drive belt.
