Lumbar Replacement - Front Seat

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the bucket seat from the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement - Bucket (Seat Replacement - Bucket) .
2. Remove the seat back cover and pad from the seat back frame. Refer to Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement (YC5 and YC6) (Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement (YC5 and YC6))Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement (YC7) (Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement (YC7)) .




3. Disconnect the lumbar plate cable (1) from the lumbar plate.




4. Pull rearward on the lumbar plate corners to release it from the seat back frame.




5. Remove the lumbar plate from the seat back frame.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the lumbar plate to the seat back frame.




2. Snap the corners of the lumbar plate to the seat back frame.




3. Install the lumbar plate cable (1) to the lumbar plate.
4. Install the seat back cover and pad to the seat back frame. Refer to Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement (YC5 and YC6) (Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement (YC5 and YC6))Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement (YC7) (Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement (YC7)) .
5. Install the bucket seat in the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement - Bucket (Seat Replacement - Bucket) .
