Radiator Hose Replacement - Outlet

^ Tools Required
- J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

Removal Procedure





1. Drain the cooling system.
2. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
3. Using the J 38185 reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp from the radiator.
4. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
5. Using the J 38185 reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp from the water pump.
6. Remove the outlet hose.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the radiator outlet hose to the water pump.
2. Using the J 38185 reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp to the water pump.
3. Lower the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
4. Install the radiator outlet hose to radiator.
5. Using the J 38185 reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp to the radiator.
6. Install the air cleaner assembly.
7. Fill the cooling system.
