Headlamp Capsule Replacement

HEADLAMP CAPSULE REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Turn OFF the headlamp switch.




2. Remove the bolts (5) that retain the composite headlamp to the radiator support.Do not move the adjustment screws.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the headlamp assembly.

CAUTION: Refer to Halogen Bulb Caution in Service Precautions.

4. Remove the composite headlamp (4) from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the electrical connector (1) to the headlamp assembly.

CAUTION: Refer to Halogen Bulb Caution in Service Precautions.

2. Install the composite headlamp (4) to the vehicle.
3. Install the composite headlamp retaining bolts (5) to the radiator support.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice.

Tighten the bolts to 11 N.m (97 lb in).
