Center High Mounted Stop Lamp Applique Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the upper quarter panel applique.
2. Remove the center high mounted stoplamp lens. Refer toHigh Mounted Stop Lamp Replacement in Lighting Systems.




3. Remove the nuts that retain the center high mounted stoplamp applique to the body.
4. Remove the screws that retain the center high mounted stoplamp applique to the body.
5. Remove the center high mounted stoplamp applique from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the center high mounted stoplamp applique to the vehicle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the center high mounted stoplamp applique retaining screws to the body.

Tighten the screws that retain the center high mounted stoplamp applique to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

3. Install the center high mounted stoplamp applique retaining nuts to the body.

Tighten the nuts that retain the center high mounted stoplamp applique to 6 N.m (53 lb ft).

4. Install the center high mounted stoplamp lens. Refer to High Mounted Stop Lamp Replacement in Lighting Systems.




5. Install the upper quarter panel applique.
