Information on P245/75R16 Goodyear Wrangler ST Tire Usage/Identification

2005-2006 Chevrolet Express Vans, Silverado Pickups
2005-2006 GMC Savana Vans, Sierra Pickups
P245/75R16 Goodyear Wrangler ST tires are used as original equipment on the Express/Savana vans and on the Silverado/Sierra pickups. Although these tires look nearly identical, including the same TPC number, 1153MS, the van tires are a different construction than the pickup tires.
These tires have different part numbers. However, the only way to visually identify each tire is by their DOT number, molded on the tire sidewall near the rim flange. The first part of the DOT number will be different by one letter.
