Heater Coolant Heater Air Supply Hose

HEATER COOLANT HEATER AIR SUPPLY HOSE REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.




2. Remove the air supply hose from the fuel operated heater (FOH).




3. Disconnect the air supply hose retaining clip from the FOH bracket.




4. Remove the air supply hose from the frame assembly.
5. Remove the air supply hose from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the air supply hose to the vehicle.
2. Install the air supply hose to the frame assembly.




3. Connect the air supply hose retaining clip to the FOH bracket.




4. Install the air supply hose to the fuel operated heater.
5. Lower the vehicle.
