Engine Flywheel Installation (Manual Transmission)





1. Install the engine flywheel.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the engine flywheel bolts. Tighten the fasteners following a crisscross pattern.
^ Tighten the engine flywheel bolts a first pass to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
^ Tighten the engine flywheel bolts a second pass to 80 Nm (59 ft. lbs.).
^ Tighten the engine flywheel bolts a final pass to 100 Nm (74 ft. lbs.).
