Intermediate Clutch Piston Travel Check





Using a feeler gauge, measure the piston travel between the intermediate clutch backing plate and the intermediate clutch backing plate retaining ring (629).

Piston travel should be 1.02 - 2.72 mm (0.040 - 0.107 inch).
