ALL ACCESS PANELS INOPERATIVE

DIAGNOSTIC AIDS
If the panel actuator fuse is open, test for shorts to ground in all of the following before replacing the panel actuator fuse:
Each of the access panel relay voltage supply circuits
Each of the access panel actuator release control circuits
Each of the access panel actuators for internal shorts

11. An open fuse in this step may have been caused by a short to ground in any of the 3 access panel relay voltage supply or release actuator control circuits or a shorted access panel actuator. Refer to Diagnostic Aids.
