Headlamp Capsule Replacement

HEADLAMP CAPSULE REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Turn OFF the headlamp switch.




2. Remove the bolts (5) that retain the composite headlamp to the radiator support. Do not move the adjustment screws.

3. CAUTION: Refer to Halogen Bulb Caution.

Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the headlamp assembly.

4. Remove the composite headlamp (4) from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. CAUTION: Refer to Halogen Bulb Caution.




Connect the electrical connector (1) to the headlamp assembly.

2. Install the composite headlamp (4) to the vehicle.

3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice.

Install the composite headlamp retaining bolts (5) to the radiator support.

Tighten the bolts to 11 N.m (97 lb in).
