Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Open the fuel filler door.
2. Remove the fuel cap.
3. Remove the fuel filler hose. Refer to Fuel Tank Filler Hose Replacement (Service and Repair) .
4. Remove the screws from the fuel filler pocket.
5. Remove the fuel filler pocket from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Align the fuel filler pocket to the vehicle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

2. Install the screws to the fuel filler pocket.

Tighten the screws to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

3. Install the fuel filler hose. Refer to Fuel Tank Filler Hose Replacement (Service and Repair) .
4. Install the fuel cap.
5. Close the fuel filler door.
