This bulletin is being revised to provide the field fix. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 08-06-03-003C (Section 06 - Engine/Propulsion System).

Condition

Some customers may comment on the vehicle not starting or cranking.

Cause

This condition may be caused by a software concern within the US8 Radio's CD player.

Correction

Reprogram the customer's US8 radio "Operating System" with the latest calibration in TIS2WEB labeled "New Software to Resolve CD
will not Load/Eject."

If updating the software did not correct the customer's concern, please diagnose and repair using information found in SI.
