Clutch Release Bearing Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement (4WD) (Transmission Replacement)Transmission Replacement (RWD) (Transmission Replacement).




2. Pull the clutch actuator cylinder release bearing (2) from the clutch actuator cylinder dust cover (1).

Installation Procedure





Important: Do not allow the release bearing to become damaged, replace if dropped or damaged.


1. Install the clutch actuator cylinder release bearing (2) over the clutch actuator cylinder dust cover (1).
2. Install the transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement (4WD) (Transmission Replacement)Transmission Replacement (RWD) (Transmission Replacement).
