Final pass 155 degrees

CYLINDER HEAD BOLT RE-USABILITY

Notice: Do not use the cylinder head bolts again. Install NEW cylinder head bolts during assembly. Do not use any type of sealant on the cylinder head gasket, unless specified.

INTAKE MANIFOLD

Tighten the intake manifold bolts from the inside out.
Intake Manifold Bolt 10 Nm (89 lb in)

CAMSHAFT BEARING CAP

Tighten the bolts evenly in order to compress the valve springs before final torque.
Camshaft Cap Bolt 12 Nm (106 lb in)

MAIN BEARING CAP

Crankshaft Main Bearing Cap Bolt
First Pass 25 Nm (18 lb ft)
Final Pass 180 degrees

ROD BEARING CAP

Connecting Rod Cap Bolt
First Pass 25 Nm (18 lb ft)
Final Pass 110 degrees

CRANKSHAFT PULLEY

Crankshaft Balancer bolt
First pass 150 Nm (110 lb ft)
Final pass 180 degrees

FLYWHEEL/FLEXPLATE

Engine Flywheel Bolt
First Pass 40 Nm (30 lb ft)
Final Pass 45 degrees

OIL PUMP

Oil Pump Cover Bolt 10 Nm (89 lb in)

EXHAUST MANIFOLD

Exhaust Manifold Bolt - 3 Times in Sequence 20 Nm (15 lb ft)

WATER PUMP

Water Pump Bolt 10 Nm (89 lb in)
