Heater Coolant Heater Combustion Sensor Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the heater coolant heater. Refer to Heater Coolant Heater Replacement (Heater Coolant Heater Replacement).
2. Remove the heater coolant heater control unit. Refer to Heater Coolant Heater Control Replacement (Service and Repair).





Note: Note the routing of the wiring to ensure proper installation.

3. Using J-38125-560 remove the coolant heater combustion sensor wiring from the electrical connector.
4. Remove the coolant heater combustion sensor from the coolant heater.

Installation Procedure





Caution: Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution (Component Fastener Tightening Caution).

1. Install the heater coolant heater combustion sensor to the coolant heater and tighten to2.5 Nm (22 lb in).
2. Install the heater coolant heater combustion sensor wiring to the electrical connector.
3. Install the heater coolant heater control unit. Refer to Heater Coolant Heater Control Replacement (Service and Repair).
4. Install the heater coolant heater. Refer to Heater Coolant Heater Replacement (Heater Coolant Heater Replacement).
5. Lower the vehicle.
