Generator and Drive Belt Tensioner Bracket Installation




1. Install the drive belt tensioner and generator mounting bracket.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the drive belt tensioner and generator mounting bracket bolts and tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).




3. Install the electrical harness clip bolts and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).




4. Install the drive belt tensioner.
5. Install the drive belt tensioner bolt and tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).




6. Install the electrical harness bracket.
7. Install the electrical harness bracket bolts and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
