Electronic Suspension Control Module Programming and Setup (With Z95)

Electronic Suspension Control Module (ESCM) Replacement/Reprogramming

If the electronic suspension control module (ESCM) is replaced, the following procedures must be performed:

1. ESCM programming-Refer to Service Programming System (SPS) (Programming and Relearning).
2. Place the vehicle on a flat level surface. Ensure that the suspension is in the normal resting position. With a scan tool, perform the ALC Trimset procedure by following the screen prompts. Refer to Suspension Position Calibration (Without Z95) (Programming and Relearning)Suspension Position Calibration (With Z95) (Programming and Relearning).
3. Raise the vehicle off the ground enough to allow the suspension to fully extend. With a scan tool, perform the suspension Bumpstop setup procedure by following the screen prompts.
