Final Pass 155 degrees

Cylinder Head End Bolts - 2 Shot
First Pass 7 Nm (62 lb in)
Final Pass 60 degrees

Cylinder Head End Bolts - 1 Long
First Pass 7 Nm (62 lb in)
Final Pass 120 degrees

BOLT RE-USABILITY

Caution: This component uses torque-to-yield bolts. When servicing this component do not reuse the bolts, New torque-to-yield bolts must be installed. Reusing used torque-to-yield bolts will not provide proper bolt torque and clamp load. Failure to install NEW torque-to-yield bolts may lead to engine damage.

Camshaft Cap Bolt 12 Nm (106 lb in)

EXHAUST MANIFOLD TORQUE & SEQUENCE






Tighten The Exhaust Manifold Bolts
First Pass 20 Nm (15 lb ft).
Second Pass 20 Nm (15 lb ft).
Final Pass 20 Nm (15 lb ft).
