Exhaust Seal Replacement (ZW9 Cab Chassis)

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the left catalytic converter, if required. Refer to Catalytic Converter Replacement - Left Side (Cab Chassis) (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the exhaust manifold pipe, if required. Refer to Exhaust Manifold Pipe Replacement (Exhaust Manifold Pipe Replacement).
3. Remove and discard the appropriate exhaust seal (1) or gasket (2).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the NEW appropriate exhaust seal (1) or gasket (2).
2. Install the exhaust manifold pipe, if required. Refer to Exhaust Manifold Pipe Replacement (Exhaust Manifold Pipe Replacement).
3. Install the left catalytic converter, if required. Refer to Catalytic Converter Replacement - Left Side (Cab Chassis) (Service and Repair).
