Crankshaft Main Bearing Bolts





Tighten the M10 bearing cap bolts (1-10) a first pass in sequence to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).
Tighten the M10 bolts (1-10) a final pass in sequence 80 degrees.
Tighten the M10 studs (11-20) a first pass in sequence to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).
Tighten the M10 studs (11-20) a final pass in sequence 51 degrees.




Tighten the M8 main bearing cap side bolts (1-10).
Tighten the M8 bolts (1-5) a first pass in sequence to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).
Tighten the M8 bolts (1-5) a final pass in sequence to 30 Nm (22 lb ft).
Tighten the M8 bolts (6-10) a first pass in sequence to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).
Tighten the M8 bolts (6-10) a final pass in sequence to 30 Nm (22 lb ft).

NEW crankshaft balancer bolt
Tighten the bolt a first pass to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).
Tighten the bolt a final pass to 140 degrees
