Cylinder Head Disassemble

Tools Required

* J 8062 - Valve Spring Compressor

* J 38820 - Valve Stem Oil Seal Remover





1. Use the J 8062 - valve spring compressor to compress the valve spring.





2. Remove the valve keys (1).

3. Remove the J 8062 - valve spring compressor from the cylinder head.

4. Remove the valve spring upper seat (2).

5. Remove the valve spring (3).

6. Remove the valve (6).

7. Remove the valve stem seal (4) using J 38820 - valve stem oil seal remover.

8. Remove the valve spring lower seat (5).
