Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve and Cooler Removal (LML)





1. Remove the throttle body bolts (1).

2. Remove the throttle body (2) and gasket (3).

3. Remove the intake heater (4) and gasket (5).





4. Remove the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor bolt (1).

5. Remove the MAP sensor (2).





6. Remove the turbocharger cooler feed hose clamp bolt (1) and clamp (2).

7. Remove the turbocharger cooler feed hose (3).





8. Remove the intake manifold tube bolts (1).

9. Remove the intake manifold tube (2).

10. Remove the intake manifold tube seal (3).





11. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve temperature sensor (1).





12. Remove the EGR valve and cooler bolts (1-5).

13. Remove the EGR valve and cooler (7).

14. Remove the EGR valve gaskets (6).





15. Remove the EGR cooler bracket bolts (2).

16. Remove the EGR cooler bracket (1).
