Starter Motor Running Too Slow

1. Check battery and wiring.
2. Inspect starter solenoid connections for insufficient contact.
3. Inspect armature for possible short circuit, wear or burned conditions.
4. Inspect brushes and springs for wear.
5. Inspect end bushings for burns or abnormal wear.
