Without Console Armrest
NOTE:
- Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when prying components.
- Take care not to scratch the dashboard and related parts.
Without console beverage holder lid
1. Remove the dashboard center lower cover (A).
1. Gently pull out the cover to release the clips (B, C).
2. Disconnect the accessory power socket connector (D).
2. Install the cover in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- Make sure the accessory power socket connector is plugged in properly.
- Push the clips into place securely.
With console beverage holder lid
1. Remove the center console.
2. Remove the dashboard center lower cover (A).
1. Gently pull out the cover to release the clips (B, C).
2. Disconnect the accessory power socket connector (D).
3. Install the cover in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- Make sure the accessory power socket connector is plugged in properly.
- Push the clips into place securely.
With Console Armrest
NOTE:
- Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when prying components.
- Take care not to scratch the dashboard and related parts.
- Make sure the vehicle interior is at room temperature, about 70 °F (21 °C).
1. M/T model: Remove the shift knob.
2. Remove the A/T gear position indicator panel trim (A/T model) and center console trim.
3. Remove the dashboard center lower cover (A).
1. Remove the screws (B).
2. Gently release the clips (C) by pushing from the inside.
3. Grasp both sides of the dashboard center lower cover near the screw holes, and gently pull straight back to release the clips (D, E) and hooks (F).
4. Disconnect the accessory power socket connector (G).
4. Install the cover in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- Make sure the accessory power socket connector is plugged in properly.
- Push the clips into place securely.
