DTC 66 (P1568, P1570): Battery Module Individual Voltage Input Problem1. Reset the MCM.
2. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
Is DTC 66 indicated?
YES-Go to step 3.
NO-intermittent failure, system is OK at this time. Check for poor connections or loose terminals at the BCM module and at the battery module.
3. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
4. Turn the battery module switch OFF.
5. Remove the IPU lid.
6. Disconnect BCM module connector C (20P).
7. Measure voltage between these BCM module connector terminals:
^ C9 and C20
^ C15 and C14
^ C20 and C7
^ C14 and C13
^ C7 and C18
^ C13 and C12
^ C18 and C5
^ C12 and C11
^ C16 and C15
^ C11 and C10
Is each measurement about 7 V or more?
YES-Substitute a known-good BCM module, turn the battery module switch ON, and recheck. If the symptom/indication goes away, replace the original BCM module.
NO-Replace the battery module.
