DTC P1895: Problem in CVT Driven Pulley Pressure Control Valve CircuitNOTE: Record all freeze data and review General Troubleshooting Information before you troubleshoot.
1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect the solenoid harness connector (8P).
3. Measure the resistance between solenoid harness connector (8P) terminals No. 2 and No. 6.
Is the resistance 3.8 - 6.8 Ohms ?
YES-Go to step 4.
NO-Replace the lower valve body assembly.
4. Disconnect TCM connector A (26P).
5. Check for continuity between TCM connector terminal A2 and body ground, and between A15 and body ground.
Is there continuity?
YES-Repair short to ground in the wire between TCM connector terminal A2 or A15 and the solenoid harness connector (8P).
NO-Go to step 6.
6. Connect the solenoid harness connector (8P).
7. Measure the resistance between TCM connector terminals A2 and A15.
Is there 3.8 - 6.8 Ohms ?
YES-Check for loose terminal fit in the TCM connectors. If necessary, substitute a known-good TCM and recheck.
NO-Repair open in the wire between TCM connector terminal A2 or A15 and the solenoid harness connector (8P).
