Component Inspection

1. Turn ON 'TPMS exciter'.
2. Select "TIRE SNSR CONFIG (EXCITER)" mode.
3. Execute "SET SENSOR STATUS" of Rear Right WE sensor.
4. Monitor the parameter of Rear Right WE sensor on the 'TPMS exciter'.
A. Specification : 'SENSOR OPTION' is 'HIGH'.

5. Is parameter within specifications ?
YES
1) Substitute with a known-good TPMS receiver module and check for proper operation.
2) If the problem is corrected, replace TPMS receiver module and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
NO
1) Replace Rear Right WE sensor if necessary and register sensor ID with 'TPMS exciter'.
2) Go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
