Replacement

Secondary Seat

Seat Assembly Replacement(RH)
1. Loosen the mounting bolt, then remove the rear seat assembly (A).




2. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Seat Back Cover Replacement
1. Remove the recliner cover (A).




2. Remove the back panel (A).




3. Remove the recliner lever cover (A).




4. Disconnect the protector (A).




5. Remove the headrest and headrest guide (A).




6. Remove the seat back (A).




7. Disconnect the adhesives (A) on the front of seat back cover, remove the seat back cover (B).




8. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Seat Cushion Cover Replacement
1. Remove the cover (A).




2. Loosen the seat cushion (A) mounting bolts.




3. After loosening the mounting bolts, then remove the seat cushion (A).




4. Disconnect the scuff bend (A).




5. Remove the seat cushion (A).




6. Disconnect the adhesives (A) on the front of seat cushion, remove the seat cushion cover (B).




7. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Seat Frame Replacement
1. Remove the recliner cover.
2. Remove the headrest and headrest guide.
3. Remove the seat back cover.
4. Remove the seat cushion cover.
5. Remove the cover (A).




6. Remove the recliner lever (A).




7. After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the recliner cover (A).




8. Remove the recliner cable (A).




9. Remove the cover (A).




10. After loosening the mounting bolts, then disconnect the seat back frame (A) and seat cushion frame (B).




11. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Seat Assembly Replacement(LH)
1. After loosening the mounting bolts, then remove the seat assembly (A).




2. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Armrest Assembly Replacement
1. Remove the recliner cover (A).




2. After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the assembly (A) armrest.




3. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Seat Back Cover Replacement
1. Remove the recliner cover (A).




2. Remove the armrest assembly.
3. Remove the recliner mounting bracket (A).




4. Disconnect the scuff band (A).
5. Remove the seat back panel (B).




6. Remove the recliner cover (A).




7. Remove the headrest and headrest guide (A).




8. Remove the cover (A).




9. After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the armrest cover (A).




10. Remove the seat belt lower anchor (A).




11. After loosening the mount screw, then remove the recliner lever cover (A).




12. Remove the headrest and headrest guide (A).




13. Disconnect the protector (A).




14. Remove the seat back (A).




15. Remove the seat back cover (A).




16. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Seat Cushion Cover Replacement
1. Disconnect the protector (A).




2. After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the recliner cover (A).




3. Remove the bracket (A).




4. Remove the seat cushion (A).




5. Remove the seat cushion cover (A).




6. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Seat Frame Replacement
1. Remove the seat back cover.
2. Remove the seat cushion cover.
3. Remove the recliner cable (A).




4. After loosening the mounting bolts, then remove the seat back frame (A).




5. After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the recliner cover (A).




6. Loosen the mounting nuts.




7. After loosening the mounting bolts, then remove the seat cushion frame (A).




8. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Third Seat

Seat Assembly Replacement
1. Loosen the mounting bolts.




2. Remove the extinguisher and tool (A).




3. After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the luggage flower box (A).




4. Loosen the mounting bolts.




5. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Seat Back Cover Replacement
1. Remove the third seat assembly.
2. After loosening the mounting screw, then remove the recliner lever cover (A).




3. Remove the hook (A).




4. Remove the seat back panel (A).




5. Disconnect the scuff band (A).




6. Remove the headrest and headrest guide (A).




7. Remove the seat back (A).




8. Disconnect the adhesives (A) on the front of seat back, remove the seat back cover (B).




9. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Seat Cushion Cover Replacement
1. Remove the third seat assembly.
2. Disconnect the scuff band (A).




3. Remove the seat cushion (A).




4. Disconnect the adhesives (A) on the front of seat cushion, remove the seat cushion cover (B).




5. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Seat Frame Replacement
1. Remove the seat back cover.
2. Remove the seat cushion cover.
3. After loosening the mounting bolts, then disconnect the seat back frame (A) and seat cushion frame (B).




4. Installation is the reverse of removal.
