P0562 System Voltage Low - Inspection/Repair:_:System Inspection

System Inspection

Check Generator circuit
1. IG "OFF"
2. Disconnect Generator connector.
3. IG "ON" and ENG "OFF"
4. Measure the voltage between lamp terminal of Generator and chassis gound.
5. Measure the voltage between FR terminal of Generator and chassis gound.
A. Specification : B+




6. Is the measured voltage within specification?
YES
1) Go to "Component Inspection" procedure.
NO
1) In case terminal 2 : Repair MIL circuit, MIL resistor or open in harness and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
2) In case terminal 3 : Repair the fuse between battery and Ignition switch, the fuse between Ignition switch and alternator or open in harness and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
