Fuel Gauge Sender: Testing and Inspection

Fuel Gauge Inspection:

1. Raise and support vehicle, then disconnect fuel gauge connector from fuel sender.
2. Using a 12V, 3.4W bulb, Fig. 1, ground harness side connector terminal 2.
3. Turn ignition key to On position.
4. Ensure test bulb flashes and that indicator moves.
