Air Bag Control Module: Service and Repair

Refer to Technician Safety Information for air bag arming and disarming before preceding with following procedures.

Fig. 4 Rear Console & SRSCM Removal:

1. Remove rear console assembly, Fig. 4.
2. Disconnect air bag system control module harness, then remove module mounting bolt.
3. Remove air bag system control module.





4. Reverse procedure to install. Install control module with arrow facing front of vehicle, Fig. 3.
