Incorrect adjustment of throttle position sensor system.

Check Item
- Check the throttle position sensor connector.
- Check the throttle position sensor itself.
- Adjust the throttle position sensor.
- Check the accelerator switch (DTC 28: output or not).
- Check the throttle position sensor output circuit harness.
