DOHC TIMING BELT INTERFERENCE NOISE
DOHC timing belt interference noise may occur if the timing belt contacts the oil pan mounting bolts.
The oil pan attachment bolts are two different sizes, 10 MM and 12 MM. Two are M6 x 10 and seventeen are M6 x 12. When replacing the oil pan, use the diagram shown to identify the proper location for the bolt installation.
