Fuel Pump Relay: Description and Operation

PURPOSE/OPERATION

Supplies power to the Fuel Pump. During cranking and after the engine starts the Engine Control Module holds the relay closed to supply voltage to the Fuel Pump until the engine is shut off or stalls.
