ELANTRA REAR SPOILER ASSIST SPRING MOUNTING HOLE LOCATION
DESCRIPT1ON:
In some vehicles the upper mounting hole for the assist spring used to balance the torsion bar may have been drilled too low to allow for proper tension of the assist spring. Inspect the spring hole location. If it is not correctly positioned, drill a 5/32 to 1/4" hole in the correct location as illustrated in the diagram.
