Oil Pump: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove oil pressure switch using socket tool No. 09260-32000, or equivalent.
3. Remove oil filter and oil pan.
4. Remove oil screen and gasket.
5. Remove three bracket securing bolts and oil filter bracket and gasket.
6. Remove oil relief valve plug from oil pump case.
7. Remove oil pump case.
8. Reverse procedure to install noting to tighten to specifications.
