Fuel Return Line: Testing and Inspection

1. Check the hoses and pipes for cracking, bending, deformation or restrictions.
2. Check the fuel rail at all of its attachment points for any sign of leakage.
3. When testing for small or hidden leaks it may be necessary to have the engine running to maintain pressure and flow in the fuel lines.
