Evaporative Check Valve: Service and Repair

NOTE: Fuel tank must be removed to replace two-way valve

PREPARATION
1. Depressurize fuel system.
2. Disconnect battery negative cable.
3. Remove fuel cap.
4. Drain fuel into approved safety container.

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect hoses and electrical connectors.
2. Support fuel tank and remove straps.
3. Lower tank to gain access and disconnect vapor hose.
4. Remove fuel tank.
5. Replace two-way valve.
