Evaporative Check Valve: Testing and Inspection

NOTE:The fuel tank must be removed to test the two-way valve.





TESTING
1. Remove two-way valve from vapor hose.
2. Blow lightly into the valve from the tank side. Air should pass through after a slight resistance. Attempt to blow through valve from the canister side. No air should pass valve.
3. If valve fails either test replace valve.
