Glass and Regulator

REMOVAL

1. Remove the door window regulator handle and then remove clip using a piece of cloth (Manual type only)





2. Remove the inside handle bezel.





3. Remove the mounting screw (1EA) from the door pull handle and then remove the door trim pull handle.





4. Remove the door power window switch.
5. Disconnect the door power window switch connector.





6. Remove the mounting screws (4EA) from the rear door trim panel.





7. Insert a screwdriver between the trim fasteners and then remove the door trim panel.





8. Remove the door pull handle mounting bracket and door inside handle and then remove the door trim seal.





9. Remove the carrier plate screws from the door regulator channel.





10. Loosen the division channel mounting bolts (2EA) and front lower channel and then remove the door glass.





11. Remove the fixing screw and the bolts of the division channel. Remove the division channel.





12. Remove the fixed glass.





13. Remove the door regulator channel mounting bolts and then remove the door regulator assembly.





14. Remove the safety lock rod mounting screw.
15. Remove the inside handle bezel.





16. Remove the door lock actuator.





17. Turn the rod holding clips.
18. Remove the latch mounting screws and then remove the latch assembly.





19. Remove the outside door handle mounting bolts.





20. Remove the door wiring harness.





21. Remove the door side weatherstrip.





1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure. When installing the door trim seal, butyl tape should not be placed over the door trim fastener mounting area.
