Removal

1. Refer to the illustration when removing the oil pump case.






2. Use the socket tool No. 09260-32000, or equivalent, to remove the oil pressure switch.

NOTE: Since a sealant is used on the threaded area, be careful not to damage the oil pressure switch.

3. Remove the oil filter and the oil pan.
4. Remove the oil screen and gasket.
5. Remove the three bracket securing bolts and remove the oil filter bracket and gasket.
6. Remove the oil relief valve plug from the oil pump case.
7. Remove the oil pump case.
